課程介紹|Content
本課程介紹並分析印尼法的起源、目的、特徵與文化。期待學生理解印尼法律的立法模式及司法判決的脈絡。以利學生於日後論文撰寫或從事實務工作時,對於印尼法律之規範,具備充足的基本知識及案例搜尋、分析等基本能力。
課程目標|Goal
1. 協助學生理解印尼法的歷史起源、目的、功能、特徵及文化。
2. 協助學生理解印尼法律的基本原則。
3. 協助學生熟悉印尼的立法及司法運作。
4. 協助學生理解印尼法律的思想脈絡,並培養學生批判思考之能力。
5. 協助學生面對具體涉及台灣與印尼兩國間法律案件,能迅速指出議題爭點,並培養學生陳述基本解決方法之能力
